Six amazing tequilas paired with a unique and delicious cookout.  We will be dining outside, weather permitting. A special presentation from expert Michael Mednikoff, certified wine and spirits trainer. He will explain the process going from the agave to the barrels as you taste each extraordinary tequila.

The Stagecoach Inn is proud to welcome the wines of Opus One. The evening will begin with a Louis Roederer 242 Champagne and hors d’oeuvres reception at 6pm followed by a five course, seated wine pairing dinner with some of the rarest Opus One wines. We will feature Overture, Opus One 2013 and Opus One 2006.

Opus One is one of Napa Valley's most historic and important wineries. The winery began in 1979 as a patnership between Robert Mondavi and Baron Philippe de Rothschild, becoming the first ultra-premium California wine to be sold in France and Internationally. Opus One is a Proprietary Bordeaux-style blend made from a selection of their best grapes. While the grape composition of each vintage is different, Opus One is most often a blend of five grape varietals – Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Petit Verdot. Today, Opus One is without a doubt one of the most recognized wine in the world.
