Iconic Napa Valley wines, an exceptional four-course meal, and the glow of our three fireplaces. Join us for a very special evening at the Inn. 

Wine expert Dana Miller will share the legend of the Pahlmeyer label and tableside tasting notes throughout our socially distanced dining areas. 

Wine service will be tableside. You will be seated individually with your own party to ensure social distancing.

1st course: Appetizer

Crostini with strawberry compote

English cheddar and Nordic Tine

Paired with Pahlmeyer "Jayson" Chardonnay 2017 - notes of pears, orange blossom, and a kiss of caramel.

2nd course: Duck Salad

Baby arugula, pomegranate, rendered duck breast

Foie gras, walnuts, and lavender honey dressing

Paired with Pahlmeyer "Jayson" Red Blend 2017 - notes of strawberry, blackberries, and chocolate.

3rd course: Filet of Beef*

Citrus and date risotto, wilted kale

Drizzled with a fig demi-glace

Paired with Pahlmeyer "Jayson" Cabernet 2017 - notes of blackberry, anise, blueberry, and vanilla.

4th course: Dessert

Chocolate mousse with raspberry marmalade

Vanilla whipped cream and candied lemon

Paired with Pahlmeyer "Jayson" Pinot Noir 2018 - notes of root beer, cherries, cinnamon, and vanilla custard.

1st Course: Pahlmeyer “Jayson” Chardonnay 2017

“This wine has brilliant golden straw color and aromas of warm spice, tangerine, and sweet orange; intriguing tropical floral notes carry over onto the palate. Flavors of ripe pear, apricot, and mango peel are accented by warm spice and rich caramel, for a wine that is both weighty and fresh.”

2nd Course: Pahlmeyer “Jayson” Red Blend 2017

“Jayson Red Wine displays dense, vivid red color in the glass. Aromas of cherry, blackberry jam, and ripe strawberry play over underlying hints of anise with a warm touch of cassis. The deep fruit extends over a smooth palate supported by well-integrated tannins. This is an appealing, approachable wine, with mouth-coating intensity and hints of chocolate on the finish.”

3rd Course: Pahlmeyer “Jayson” Cabernet 2017

“Our dark, expressive Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas and notes of wild blackberries, anise and Italian Castelvetrano olive. Youthful upon release, the wine’s firm tannins will soften over time. Patience rewards as a plush, juicy mid-palate is revealed, confidently leading to the lengthy finish that hints at blueberry jam and warm vanilla.”

4th Course: Pahlmeyer “Jayson” Pinot Noir 2018

“Our Pinot Noir is rich with a juicy texture. Aromas of root beer and candied marasca cherries lead to subtle notes of cinnamon, vanilla bean and custard. The mouthfeel is concentrated and expansive mid-palate. A youthful acidity brightens the palate, then finishes velvety smooth.”
