Amuse: Smoked blue cheese, herbed blini, and cherry paired with 8 Years in the Desert
1st: Cold bay scallops, apples, cauliflower, and mustard served with Orin Swift Mannequin

2nd: Crisp duck breast, stuffed mushrooms, and honey nut tortellini with plum sweet and sour served with Orin Swift Palmero

3rd: Spiced chocolate ganache, cider poached pears, and hazelnut ice cream served with Orin Swift Abstract
